No error code but it started around build 12228 verison 14.0.1 or 14.1.0 I can't remember. The remote I use is the one that came with TV but I used to have Roku voice remote then I switched back to original remote.I have to clear cache or reset connection to isp and then it works til I turn TV off leave off for couple hours.I turn TV on and remote sounds don't work so I have to keep clearing the cache.Roku 4k Express just was acting crazy like something had interference causing it to not work properly. Now some settings on the TV which it's not a smart TV but it seems it will not do a factory reset

Hisense 6series-58 TV and remote will make this robot sound sometimes then it will make no noise at all.I have to either keep clearing cache or reset network connection then it will work until TV is shut off come back couple hours later and same process over and over.
Factory remote that came with tv.I used to use voice remote but I threw it away.

It's not it's the original remote. Now I'm having trouble with a wired connection saying slow lan link when wired but when on wifi it okay just wired. Its only the TV and I have changed Ethernet cables reset TV ect.It doesn't do it with any other devices just the Hisense Roku 58 inch.My isp run test on my hardware saying it's fine.
Thanks for keeping us posted, @K_C1
To have your concern addressed, it is advisable to contact Hisense and inquire further about the ethernet port hardware issue.
Hisense support can provide you with a workaround since Roku TV hardware issues are supported and attended by their respective manufacturers.
For more information, you can inquire about the issue on your ethernet port here: Hisense Support
Hope that this will be addressed soon.

I have rebooted 100 times.Seems that ever time I reset tvs network connection the remote works. My isp is starlink.
I appreciate the update, @K_C1
Have you tried connecting your Roku TV through a wireless network to see if you notice any improvements?
Also, I'd recommend reaching out to Hisense support and inquiring further about the compatibility of the ethernet port and your network.
Thanks,
The Roku Community Team.
I have tried everything.Let me ask you this when connected to Wi-Fi on my home network it shows the manufacturer of the TV to be Qingdao intelligent Precise Electronics.Would that be correct cause I recall it saying different when I first bought the TV.And on a wired connection I still get the slow Ethernet lan link and just with the TV no other wired device does that.
