Roku Voice Remote not powering TV on/off, volume buttons not working.

The Roku Voice Remote with Express+ is not powering the TV on or off, and the volume buttons do not work. However, when I click the buttons, I see the light flash on the Roku Express+, indicating that it is reading the signal. The TV is just not doing as it says it should be. Why is this happening?

Did you set up the remote to control your TV?  It's under Settings->Remotes & devices->Remotes->"Your remote" (in use)->Set up remote for TV control.
