Hello! I recently bought a Roku Express 4K+ and when I set it up, the voice button worked one time. After that, I can no longer use it, every time I press the voice control button it will only lead me to the Streaming Channels which is clearly odd. Please help me resolve this issue as I want to use the voice search feature which is why I also choose this Roku device. I’m frustrated already. Thanks!

We would recommend you try re-pairing your remote to your Roku device and see if that helps.

Hello! I did what you said already but it still would lead me to Streaming Channels when I click the voice control button Additionally, I cannot search in the Channel Store. Is it possible that this is the case because I live in the Philippines?
I have the same problem here in Austria, cannot search for channels with my voice remote and also the other voice controls are not working ? Any hints besides sending the stick etc back ?
@seppog, sorry but it's not supported in Austria.
"Voice search and voice control is supported in Canada, Ireland, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and the United States."
You'll find with many features that if you're not in an officially supported country then the feature isn't available. And even in some countries that are officially supported, voice search isn't available.
thats a pity, cause I also cannot add channels via the website and there is no other opportunity to search for channels with this remote. So I have to send it back,
