Bought this device 6/6/2021. Since then the time it holds a charge has been diminishing. Today when I charged it it only lasted 1 hour. Is there any kind of warranty on this device? The rechargeable batteries must be defective. I notice many other people are having a similar problem. Thanks, Patrick

My remote gave our 2 days ago. Will not charge. Tried several A/C outlets. Any suggestions? Love remote and what to fix now.
I described the problem of not charging to Roku. They said it was a hardware problem with remote and would send a new one. I presume you have a Roku Remote Pro. You might try contacting them.
It might be a while before you get it, if you're approved for a replacement, they are sold out of the ALL remotes.
