Hello I have a Roku Pro Remote I bought in July of 2021 as of today 12-13-2021 when I plugged in the earphones it stopped working and it unpaired with my Roku stick on my TV. I even did a re-pair and it did the same thing. It only stops working and unpairs when I plug the earphones in. Battery is charged with a 79%. Has anyone had this problem before or is my device defective? ..Thanks for your time.

Seems I need a serial # to get through to support. Remotes do not have serial #s.
