Let's perform a troubleshooting step to resolve this issue. Follow the steps below:
Restart the Roku remote
- Press and hold the Back and Home for 20 seconds.
Re-pair your Roku remote
- Set your Roku device to pairing mode by unplugging it to the power outlet for 15 seconds.
- Press and hold the pairing/Back and Home buttons of the remote for 5 seconds to pair your Roku remote.
- Wait for the pairing prompt on your screen.
