REALLY!!! Because my Roku Ultra did the same thing this morning. Remote WILL turn on my flat screen LG tv but, Roku is STUCK on the LANGUAGE SELECTION screen. No matter if you put in new batteries, hit the PAIR button...IT IS STUCK ON THE LANGUAGE page and will not go any further! 
PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM!!!

If you are still experiencing an issue, can you please provide the serial number/device ID on your Roku device ? I'll be able to assist you further from there.
