My Roku Ultra remote drains batteries incredibly fast I have to keep replacing them. I never use headphones, I don't play games on it or use it for anything other than clicking menus. What can I do to fix this?

Please reply here with the serial number of the Roku device associated with the affected remote. It can be viewed by navigating to Settings > System > About.

I have the same issue where my Roku Ultra (Model 4670X) Remote is draining the batteries too frequently.  The serial number is YJ00G2656573.

Same issue here with battery drain on Ultra....except I make it for about 3 weeks  before batteries die.

Same problem with batteries draining. This is ridiculous. Just post a fix. Clearly this is an ongoing issue. Please advise.

Running thru batteries still about every 2-3 weeks.... finally gave up on support and spending so much $$$$$$....      Have re-chargeables now.... hopefully at some point somebody will respond that knows what's going or cares,  or replace the remote I have or ..... ridiculous IMHO
