Hi John, I have exact same volume button issue with my Ultra remote device . The issue ID is 0A-057-865.  Can you look into this?

@RokuJohnB Hi John, more details for my remote related to the above issue:  model 4801RW, device ID S0DD346CRU0A, software version 14.1.  It was purchased at the end of November 2024.  So it’s fairly new.  The volume button started this problem a couple of weeks ago, sounds got down to 0 or went all the way up with just one click.  It happened randomly.  Please let me know if you need additional info to resolve this.  Thanks.

I understand the issue you have encountered with your Roku Ultra and remote, specifically with the volume button that does down to 0 or goes to the max volume, and I'm here to help.

Let's perform a troubleshooting step to resolve the issue. Refer to the steps below:

Restart your Roku remote

1. If your remote doesn't have a pairing button, you can pair it by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons for 5 seconds or until you see the status light starts flashing.
2. We also suggest resetting your Roku remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, pair it again and try using the voice remote buttons to see if this makes any difference.
