Hi John, I have exact same volume button issue with my Ultra remote device . The issue ID is 0A-057-865. Can you look into this?
@RokuJohnB Hi John, more details for my remote related to the above issue: model 4801RW, device ID S0DD346CRU0A, software version 14.1. It was purchased at the end of November 2024. So it’s fairly new. The volume button started this problem a couple of weeks ago, sounds got down to 0 or went all the way up with just one click. It happened randomly. Please let me know if you need additional info to resolve this. Thanks.
