As per the title, the remote control for my Roku Streaming Stick+ stopped working all of a sudden the other day. I've gone through the troubleshooting steps on the website, replacing batteries, turning off the Roku stick, trying to pair the remote again, my router is set up correctly, and Roku sent me a free hdmi extender. None of those steps have worked.
I can use the Roku app on my phone to control the stick, but I don't like using that, and I want a physical remote.
I'm in the UK, so the accessories product page on this website doesn't work. I can't find any compatible remote replacements online. It seems absolutely ridiculous to sell a product but not sell any replacements for its parts when they break. Is this all a scam to make people buy a brand new streaming stick every few months?
Please advise where I can get a new compatible remote in the UK.
