Control won’t pair. Won’t reset/blink light.6 days ago my Roku Remote control was working fine till I try 2 days ago and wouldn’t turn on my tv. I change the batteries, plug and unplug the stream stick from the tv, unplug and plug the cord from the electricity and last try to reset it by pressing the bottom on the back of the control and nothing. No light blinks at all. I have so many Roku products and the issues that I always have is that the remotes drain the batteries every 3-6 days which is so upsetting it this is worst. Not be able to use the product at all cause the remote control won’t work. Please Help .

Why do you continuously reply to similar inquiries regarding Roku remote failures with the same comments, which is namely:
"Please send me a PM (private message) with your Roku account email address, and include the serial number/device ID on the Roku device along with a summary of the issue you are experiencing. I'll be able to assist you further from there."
It would seem that when the same/similar issue is reported repeatedly, the solution (if you know it) should be posted publicly, rather than users having to post lots of info that most times do not cause/affect the issue. Please stop being so mysterious and post answers, if you have them.
I am new to this community so I do apologies. I was able to find assistance via social media and it seem like they will be solving this issue by replacing the defective control remote.
It been 3 weeks now and I still haven’t received anything 😔. I have kept sending messages via social media with a ticket # I was given and they say it was going to be forward to the department but no answer or any control has arrived. I have no idea how to check or who to talk to about this issue and get true answers.
