I have a Roku Streaming Stick Voice Remote, that came with the orignial Roku package. I haven't had any problems with the Stick and remote, until now. Suddenly, the remote just stopped working.

I followed the recommendations to put in fresh batteries and check for obstructions. Also tried restarting the stick and remote, see if they are paired again, press the pairing button if necessary.

None of these options worked, so I bought a new remote, same one as before, and tried it again. Still not working.

I'm at a loss here, don't really know what else to do. I'm able to turn on the LG TV with the TV remote, and it immediately brings up the Roku main page. So there's at least that. But no more than that.

Any help or advice is much appreciated.

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? Are you able to pair the remote to the Roku device and then it stops working or are you unable to pair the remote to begin with?
