So I have a roku 3 and the light is green flashing and it says pairing remote and that's all it does it doesn't let me press any buttons it doesn't do anything else it just it either lets me pair remote button that I'll keep loading like it has like paired with it and then if it won't let me do that I just have a flashing remote it's great can someone help me
I did fresh batteries I did the steps that was recommended which was unplugged the roku take out the batteries and then batteries and then while the batteries are taken out I let my roku stick cool down a little bit because it has been plugged in for quite some time so I'll cool down and then I put the batteries back in the remote and then after that I plugged in the roku again and then I hold the button for 3 seconds and put the backback on turned on the TV and it's still doing the same thing
