I am having trouble using the right arrow button on my remote. I put new Energizer batterie's in but it is still hard to press the right arrow button. I have unplugged my Roku Premiere+ model 4630X and plugged it back in it is still hard to press the right arrow button to get it to move from home to whatever app I want to go to. Same thing when I am on one of the apps trying to move right it is hard to do. Moving up down or left no problem they are easy to use.

That's very old model, remotes give out over time even, $300 ones. Get a new remote plain and simple.
