I got a new Roku Express 4k+ less than a month ago, and the remote is already completely dead. Have changed the batteries, and they work when inside a different remote, and no other batteries work inside this remote. Not even the pairing button will light up, I tried everything on the website - I am certain it is completely dead. This is appalling that something like this can happen so quickly.
The serial number on my device is SO7P219A7V2K. Hopefully I will get a quick response as this is beyond infuriating and I have no idea what to do anymore.

So far today I have not heard through anything in my email - is it faster to go through the exchange channel? I’m still under warranty and don’t want it to run out while I’m waiting.
