Got my first Roku a few months ago been using it every day ever since. Got home to turn it on and the control wasn’t turning on the Roku. Did it with the TV control it turned on fine but the control remote for the Roku does not work. I reset it from the box and change batteries and it’s still not working. No idea what else to do. I wish there was someone we can reach out by phone to find out what to do but it makes you write it as a discussion. Anyone has any tips as to what to do? I reset my box and now it’s stuck on the “pair your remote screen” it doesn’t even let me use the app! Someone please help! 🫣
