When I try to pair the new remote control to a Roku device, I get this message, but it keeps connecting until the device turns off
Make sure you try new batteries and place the remote close to the Roku device. People have reported that the batteries that came with the remote were no good.
I changed the batteries with others, but the same problem

If so and the issue persists, please reply here with the serial number of the Roku device associated with the affected remote. It can be found at the back or underneath the player itself.
