I have reached out to Roku for weeks now and they keep sending me the wrong parts. EVEN after sending pictures!!.. I have the 3800X and the The Micro USB charging cable which has a curved micro end casing to the streaming stick, it broke off. so I have no means of plugging the micro end into the streaming stick.Meaning the little silver micro end broke off..... I cannot find the same cable anywhere.. Since it has a curved end into the back of the streaming stick.. How come Roku does not understand what I need... Where can a find a cord with curved end..Roku who makes this seems clueless... Can I use a straight on one??? Does anyone know????
This is the replacement cable shown on Roku for the Streaming Stick 3800 (https://www.roku.com/products/accessories/roku-micro-usb-power-adaptor)
Under the Tech Specs for this PW10-BDL2 cable, says (among others...)
You really should be able to go to any Walmart, Target, etc, and buy a micro USB charging cable (for cell phones) and use as a replacement. Bring your Streaming Stick with you.
If you are finding that they are not fitting into device, it could be that the cable end broke off "inside" your Stick in which you will either have to remove the broken end or replace device. (The Streaming Sticks just pop apart with a little prying).
Otherwise, verify that you do indeed have a 3800X device. (Settings..System..About).
I have pictures so does ROKU support of what I need.. I have gone to Best Buy and looked all over.. I want original equipment that came with my Roku 3800X.. The stick is fine.. The Micro end broke off from the cable itself Here are PICS!!
The pictures are kind of soft, but I don't see anything that makes that seem different than any other micro USB connector.
If you mean the shape of the plastic housing, you can get those in lots of shapes. For example, here’s a cable with right-angle plugs on both sides.

Here's one with the right angle bending on a different axis:

Based on your pictures, it looks like your right-angle connector was bent back to straight(ish) right after the micro-side housing anyways.
The 3800 use a standard Roku USB 1 amp power adapter with a USB-A output jack..
Unless your physical installation space requires it, a right angle connection on the cable is not required. Any standard USB-A to USB-micro cable should do the job.
If the right angle is needed you can connect through a separate right angle adapter between the end of the cable and the Roku. I can't tell which way the right angle on your current cable turns. Here's an inexpensive pair - one each right and left: https://smile.amazon.com/Ksmile%C2%AE-Right-Degree-Female-Adapters/dp/B01C6031MA/ref=psdc_464394_t1_...
