Received a Roku 3 as a present, it was never set-up as I was moving, but during the move the remote went missing. Purchased a new Voice remote as is said compatible with Roku 3. But no matter what I do I cannot get the remote to recognize the device. It could be an issue with the Roku 3 never having a software update as it was never configured, can anyone help.
