Roku 2 replacement enhanced remote

Hi - I have a 4205X which I want to mount behind my tv and therefore need the remote to wor

 

i suspect the IR type will struggle to work so wanted to use one of the enhanced remotes 

 

Can anyone confirm if the 4205X supports an enhanced remote? And if it’s does where could I purchase one?

The 4205 is actually a Roku 3 device inside a Roku 2 casing. It works with the Voice Remote, Enhanced Voice Remote, and Voice Remote Pro.

Thanks. That's good to know. Do you know where I could purchase a replacement voice or enhanced remote? I can only seem to find the basic IR ones for sale

If you aren't in the U.S. you'll have a difficult time finding one.

In the U.S. you can buy them at Walmart, Target, Best Buy, or any number of other places. Online, from Roku, Amazon, and a slew of more Websites.
