My remote use to go forward and reverse when I would hold down the button.  Now I have to click it repeatedly to rewind a movie.  It only moves at ten second intervals now which is highly annoying.  There is a button already for that.  Why do my forward and reverse buttons now only work in ten second intervals?  This needs to be fixed.

Are you sure that is happening in all your channels?

Some of these channels you hold down to ff/rewind.  Other channels you click once for 1x ff/rewind, twice for 2x ff/rewind, three times for 3x ff/rewind.

This is often determined by the Channel Developer's programming regarding the response of the remote buttons re: ff/rew, the back button, the * button, the navigation buttons, etc)
