Return a remote because my serial number doesn’t seem to be working

I don’t know who to contact about my remotes serial number I tried looking everywhere I got the wrong remote so I’m trying to return it. I should just be able to return with one click!

What exactly are you trying to do?  I've never needed a remote's serial number and I'm not even sure they even have one.  If you're looking for the serial number of the Roku device, you can see it displayed under Settings->System->About or under "linked devices" on your Roku account at https://my.roku.com .

I bought a remote, the wrong one and now I would like to return it but it’s asking for a serial number which the remote doesn't have. How would I return my remote?

So this is one of Roku's great automated web pages?  Try using the serial number from your Roku device and see if you can proceed that way.
