Remotes for Roku Streaming Stick models all connect via WiFi direct. The WiFi direct remotes currently available are the Voice Remote ($20)and Voice Remote Pro ($30). You can find them directly from Roku, and retailers like Best Buy, Wal-Mart, and Amazon. I know of no third party remotes for Roku Streaming Sticks.
Other Roku remotes control via infrared (IR), not WiFi direct, and will not work with Streaming Stick models.
