My 90 year old elderly grandmother uses a smart tv. I was wondering if there is a bigger remote that would work with the tv/roku? Also what happens if you delete one of the hdmi setting, will a factory reset reinstall them?

That depends on the Roku. If it's a set top box (Express, Express+, Premiere, Premiere+, Ultra LT, Ultra) you can get a universal remote. Most universal remotes can be programmed to control a Roku box. You won't find one on the Roku Website, but Walmart, Family Dollar, Best Buy, Amazon, and a whole bunch of other places sell universal remotes. Find one that you like, just ensure it supports Roku (it'll say so on the package).

I don't understand this question. What do you mean "delete one of the HDMI setting(s)?"

The OP probably has a Roku tv, do not do factory reset just to restore hdmi tile to the home screen, go to settings> scroll down to Tv inputs> scroll down to inputs not used> chose the hdmi input>
