Got my Roku express 4K+ a few months ago and got it to work seamlessly. Just returned from college with the TV and Roku attempting to set it up back home but now it will not work. The Roku powers on and shows the Roku Home Screen, but the remote will not pair, both the physical remote and and app version. I have reset, unplugged the roku, put new batteries in the remote, everything but nothing happens when when I press and hold the pairing button on the remote and my device does not show up when searching in the app

Exact issue happening to me. It is stuck on the pairing screen after I switched out the batteries, reset the roku, turned on and off the roku, etc. I have tried every troubleshooting page and no solution. @RokuDanny-R

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to assist you further from there.
