I have both the battery powered remotes with tv function as well as the new rechargeable model. The battery models have always maintained the volume function but the rechargeable model keeps losing this function and I have to go into the setup menu to reset it. Just thought you’d like to know.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue that you are experiencing with our new Roku Voice Remote Pro, I'd be happy to help take a closer look to see how we can help.
Can you please provide us with more specific information about the issue you are experiencing? In addition, what Roku model device are you using?

I have a pair of Ultra LT's that after using the earphones in both I find that I no longer have volume or mute functions when the earphones are disconnected, but do when they are plugged back in. What's going on
Thanks for the post.
We would be more than happy to look further into this issue for you. Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device models

(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
Once we have this information we will be able to investigate further.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news folks, but you're new to a party which has been going on over a month. See the thread: Re: UPDATE: Did your Roku remote lose volume and TV control after the latest update? Check here! Danny-R is not going to do anything. Roku is ignoring our pleas for help. A couple of hundred of us have fallen for Danny-R's query about make & model, etc., not to hear anything back. I've even offered him cash to come out from under his rock and face us. Roku is in denial about the problem.
