I am trying to set up a 4k Roku streaming stick. When I get the set up screen up on the TV, every time I use the Roku remote it changes the input on the TV from hdmi to TV.
Any thoughts on how to proceed?
When you say "Roku remote", are you using the remote that came with the stick?
The stick's remote has to be paired with the stick before it will work.
