I just purchased Roku express+ a week ago. I set it up and it was working great. Controlled the volume on my tv as well as power. Now suddenly it will not control the volume. Ive tried to reboot the remote and reset the roku withno luck. Please help
Did you re-run the Remote Setup? (Settings/Remotes & devices/Remote (in use)/Set up remote for TV control)
