Have changed the batteries. Still doesn't work. There is a rattling noise in remote. Just have a box set up with tv for streaming
A rattle is not standard functionality. That would only happen if a part broke off for some reason. If the device is under warranty, you may wish to begin a return for replacement/warranty. Get all your receipts together showing when and where you bought it.
