Just got the Roku Express 4K+ today. plugged it in to the t.v. (an older t.v. but it has HDMI) and put batteries in remote put t.v. on HDMI2 (which is where the Roku is plugged in) can do nothing with remote. It is not having any effect on what is on the screen. First thing was choose language and no button would move the screen choice. I went away from the room, came back and it is on choose your network again nothing on the remote moves anything.
I looked online for a phone number for Roku is there any customer support service?
