Remote is not working. I’ve done everything suggested. Now I’m on the Let’s get started, and remote will not let me enter. So frustrating. New batteries.
Some of what you wrote isn't clear. For example, "remote will no let me enter." I have no idea what that means.

Might hep to know which remote you have. Is it for a Roku TV or some other Roku device? Is it a Roku Voice Remote/Roku Voice Remote Pro?
