Remotes

My remote will connect for a little while but then stops. I grabbed my other 2 remotes and the same thing happened. The remotes (all 3) work fine on the other 2 boxes. I have unplugged it and plugged it back in,  took out batteries, and nothing works. I love roku thats y I have 3 of them but this is the newest white one my kid got me for Christmas last year and it is already having problems.

Need more information. What is the model number of your Roku? Since you can't control it, look on the bottom for the number.

Being white it is probably the Roku 3903 SE?

I'm not familiar with that model, and it's not listed in the Wiki. But if it's based on the Express 3900, then it's going to be an IR remote, and there's nothing to connect. I suspect the IR window is blocked by something.
