Re: Remote making high pitched

Was there a resolution to this?  My remote is doing the same thing, and it goes through batteries so quickly.

High pitch sound and inoperable

I see several people have posted the same issue yet I see no actual responses on solutions. I see that they're asked for their email address and information for private messages. Can anybody please post what they've done to solve the high pitch sound coming from an inoperable remote.

Remote was working fine hours earlier. I temporary lost internet connection and in the process of reconnecting the remote is no longer working and the sound is very high pitched.

Please reply here with the serial number/device ID of the Roku device associated with the affected remote. It can be located at the back or underneath the player itself. We'll forward it to our Support team for further assistance.

Please keep us updated!
