For the last week my Roku Premiere Plus remote has been having issues. First my battery level was at 80% and then my Roku remote stopped working and then the battery icon percentage popped up in the upper right hand corner. And I went to the remote section in the settings and I literally watch my battery drain from 0% and then it will go up to 100 and then 96 and then 92 and 90. I have tried the same with my Roku 2 remote on my Premier Plus it does the same exact thing but when I do it on my Roku Express in the bedroom no issue and not on my phone either on the Roku remote app. Even when I'm not using the remote it still appears in the upper right hand corner
