Remote is paired and sign in came up, but the none of the buttons will move using the arrows.
Just got a Roku 4k. It paired to tv brought up the sign in to your account, went to sign in with the remit and it would not move the letters to the box. Then it moved about 5 min later for the first letter, and now it won’t move at all. Plus a signal in the upper right corner come up with a circle and a 100 with a big circle and a smaller one on top of it. Is there a phone number so I could talk to a live perso?
