I have a new remote within the last 6 months. (Voice Remote). It has suddenly stopped working all buttons. The right arrow moves left across the screen/ the up volume shuts the tv off. We have unplugged the roku from the tv, restarted the roku, removed batteries from the remote and then paired the remote (no pairing button on this one - had to use the Home/Back arrow but that worked). We are at a loss. Any suggestions? I have ordered another remote (same model) from your Roku website (same prices as Amazon and not in stock with Walmart or BestBuy). Would sure like to figure out if it is an issue with the remote itself or with the set up. And yes, first thing we did was put in new batteries.

Can you please provide us with more specific information about the issue you are experiencing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue? Please reply here with the serial number of your Roku device associated with the affected Roku Voice Remote. It can be found at the back or underneath the player itself.
