This equipment is just **bleep**. I have 3 different roku sticks and two of them have issues. I have done all I can but one of them just does not work. I cannot make any of the buttons work. OF COURSE THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER THAT YOU CAN CALL.  I think both remotes need to be replaces but how do I do that?  

I can see that I am not the only one complaining about this junk.
