Hello,
My toddler decided to put our roku ultra remote in a glass of water the other day. Since then it was showing that we had a battery indicator of zero or low % on the screen. Replaced that remote with Roku Voice remote pro and removed old remote but I am still getting that battery indicator status on the roku ultra. Cleared the cache, reset the device and changed power cord location, same issue.
Anyone know how to fix this issue? Gets annoying quite quickly.
The Roku probably thinks the missing remote just can't communicate because the batteries are dead.
Have you tried Settings > Remotes and devices > Remotes
You should see an option for your new Voice Remote Pro (in use). If you see an additional option, for your old remote, try clicking on it and then selecting "Forget remote" if it's offered.
