Remote battery draining not resolved for over 2 months
It’s been 2 months that I contacted support about my remote battery drain issue. There were emails going back and forth. But no resolution yet. Support stopped responding to my emails any more. Is anyone having this issue? I have changed batteries 5 times in 2 months
