@Lili50507, what the model number written on the Roku device? What happens when you try to pair the remote? Are you using the supplied power adapter and not the TV's USB port for power (if appropriate)?
Note that the TV controls (Power/volume) are completely separate from the Roku controls on the Roku remote. It's not uncommon for one to work and not the other.
