Remote Scrolling

My remote is continuously scrolling. Tried restarting the device several times and removing batteries from the remote, neither resolved the issue. There are no other remotes nearby that are causing interference. Assistance needed.

Are you saying the tv scrolls while the batteries are removed from the remote?  If so that indicates the scrolling is not caused by the remote.

Have you tried unplugging the device from its power source for a few seconds then plugging it back in?

Re: Remote Scrolling

@makaiguy Correct, the scrolling continues even when batteries are removed. I’ve tried unplugging the device, as well as restarting it several times. Unfortunately, the issue persists.

At this point, then, the only thing I can suggest is to do a Factory reset and set it up again from scratch.  While powered up, press and hold the unit's reset button for AT LEAST 30 seconds, no matter what you see on the screen. When it comes back up follow the on screen prompts. Link it to your existing Roku account and you'll get all your old channels, although you'll need to log into the ones with logins again.
