Remote - Premier Plus Keys Giving Unexpected Responses

1) When I press the Netflix button on my Premier Plus remote, the Hulu app appears

2) When I press the right arrow button the remote, this powers off my Samsung TV

Any suggestions on how these buttons can be reprogrammed and / or why this is occurring? I have gone through the procedure to reset and re-pair the remote to the Roku.

I would say the explanation is that the remote is faulty.  There's no way to reprogram the buttons.  If you're adventurous you could take it apart and try to clean it.  Otherwise you could use the Roku app on your phone/tablet as a remote or get a new remote.
