Hi, I've set up multiple Roku's but am stumped on this problem. The remote is only partially working. The volume adjusts and I can turn the TV off but nothing more. I've already put in new batteries, unplugged and replugged the roku (and I did make some headway because the remote initially did not work at all). I've also repaired the devices, I get the message on the TV that it's pairing, but I end up back in the same place.
I also feel the TV lost its internet connection but I can't get the Roku remote to respond to anything else to get to the settings section.
Any suggestions?
