I have a Sofabon Roku remote that used to control my tv- volume, power, input, all of it. Now, it only controls the Roku part so I am unable to turn my tv on or off or use the volume buttons. These buttons definitely work because the light on the remote lights up but the tv does nothing. How do I fix this?

Yes I did but it’s a Sofabaton Roku Universal Remote that can control the TV and the Roku and all of a sudden mine doesn’t control the TV anymore, just the Roku. Need to pair it to the TV to control the power and volume but I do not have the original TV remote.

Its a learning remote, you teach the tv commands from the tv remote to the universal remote.
