My Roku remote's power not working and the up arrow button is not working properly. I have to press hard to get it to work. Does Roku replace these remotes?

If your Roku device is less than a year old then the remote is still under warranty. If it's older than that you'll have to purchase a new remote. If you need help determining what remote you need post the model number of your Roku device displayed under Settings->System->About.
