This is my second rechargeable remote. The issues started happening a couple days ago. FYI, the remote is full chargedFirst, the mute button stopped working. Then when I would try the mute button, it would raise the volume.
so I tried resetting by hitting the home and back buttons. The light on the back stars blink I then goes solid. Mute still doesn’t work but very else does
I tried pairing again. I hold the button down, the light blink until it goes solid. The mute still doesn’t work.
I then let it charge, aft after a few hours the nut button works great, but then after a little while, the mute button stops working again.
and sometimes, nothing works.
is it time for a new remote?
