Iv'e got a Rechargeable Voice Remote that came with my model 4802X unit. It was working fine until i had to charge it up. after the charge it quit working. I tried to re pair it with and without a hard reboot, but no luck. The only way i can get the remote to work is to hold down the pairing button while i make my selection on screen. When i get to the screen I want, i have to hold down the pairing button again to make my next selection. and then again to press play.

Any guidance would be appreciated.-

It seems like the attempts to resolve this case have been exhausted already. We'll have reinforcement from our Support team.

Could you please provide us with the device serial number that is paired with the remote? You'll be able to locate it from Settings>System>About.

In the meantime, as a workaround, you can use the Roku mobile app as a remote. For more information, you can refer to this article: How do I control my Roku streaming device using the Roku mobile app?
