Hello we are reaching out to get assistance with our roku remote, it drains new batteries after only a couple of days, our device is plugged into the wall, my device model number is 3931RW - Roku Express+

Firmware 10.0.0 build 4209-AE

My remote model number is RC406

My remote firmware is 2.01.19.108
