I am livid that a big corporation like Roku cannot provide customer support for their products but instead I have to seek community support. This is another example of a corporation that only thinks about the bottom line instead of its customers.
My issue is that I want to purchase other remote controls like the one I have which is a Roku-EL2. Why can't I seem to find one to purchase on Roku's website or anywhere for that matter? Also why does Roku continue down the path by providing voice controlled remote controls that are nothing but spying devices? All I really want is a remote control that will control my Roku devices and allow me to plug in my earbuds/headset for private listening WITHOUT voice control.
