RC-ALIR stopped pairing with 3920

My remote stopped working, I have been using the roku for only 2 weeks, and the remote is not working anymore, I'm trying to pair it again, changed the batteries and nothing helps

Nothing to pair, an IR remote should just work or not. Its one or the other. Test the remote by pointing it at your cellphone camera, if you see flashes when pressing a button its working, no flashes its not.
